The customer feedback loop

Good feedback deserves
more than a backlog.

Most feedback tools stop at collecting ideas. UpVoiced follows each one until the people who asked know it shipped.

  1. Hear

Collect ideas and bug reports in one place, in your brand.

    • A feedback portal on your own subdomain, with your logo and colours
    • An embeddable widget for your app
    • Sign-in by email code or single sign-on from your product
    • Import your history from Canny, Featurebase or hearloop CSV exports
  2. Decide

See what matters most and say what you will build.

    • Votes, comments and statuses on every idea
    • A keyboard-first inbox with search and bulk actions
    • Similar-post hints while people write, and merging that moves votes to the post you keep
    • A public roadmap your users can follow
  3. Ship

Tell people the moment their request ships.

    • Status-change emails to everyone who voted, commented or followed
    • A changelog that links each entry to the requests it closes
    • Webhooks, a REST API and an MCP server for your own automation
  4. MeasureComing soon

Ask short in-app surveys such as NPS and CSAT.

    • Microsurveys in the widget, by link and by email
  5. ProveComing soon

    Turn happy customers into testimonials.

    • Collect text testimonials and show approved stories on a wall of love

Frequently asked questions

What is UpVoiced?

UpVoiced is a customer-voice tool for software teams. Your users post and vote on ideas on a feedback board with your branding, you decide what to build on a public roadmap, and when something ships UpVoiced emails the people who asked for it.

Can I use UpVoiced today?

UpVoiced is in closed beta with one customer. Public sign-ups and paid subscriptions are unavailable while we improve the product. You can explore the fictional demo board and product documentation; public availability has no announced date.

What is built and what is still coming?

Built: feedback boards with voting, comments and statuses, a public roadmap, duplicate merging and search, status-change emails, single sign-on for your users, CSV import from Canny, Featurebase and hearloop exports, a changelog with emails to followers, an embeddable widget, a REST API, outbound webhooks, an MCP server for AI agents, and AI triage and changelog drafts with your own Anthropic key or OpenRouter account. Coming later: changelog pages on the portal, custom domains, Slack and Discord, UpVoiced AI credits, surveys (Pulse) and testimonials (Proof).

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan needs no credit card and has no time limit: 1 board, up to 100 active posts and 1 team seat. The prices of the paid plans are a proposal and may change before launch.

Does UpVoiced track the people who use my feedback board?

No. Feedback portals and the widget load no analytics and no third-party cookies. A first-party session cookie is set only when someone signs in, votes or posts.

Can AI agents use UpVoiced?

Yes. UpVoiced has an MCP server, so an AI agent with an API key can list, search, triage and reply to feedback. Merging posts, marking them shipped and publishing a changelog that emails people first return a preview and only run after you confirm.
