This notice covers this website (upvoiced.com) and the developer docs (docs.upvoiced.com). It is in effect. The UpVoiced service itself — the Dashboard, feedback portals, widget and API — is not open to customers yet; its privacy policy is still a draft.

What happens when you visit
Hosting and delivery
Both sites are served by Cloudflare. To deliver each page and protect the sites from attacks, Cloudflare processes your IP address, the address you request and technical details your browser sends, such as its type and language. Our own website code keeps no request logs. Cloudflare’s processing is described in itsprivacy policy.
This version of the site does not use Ahrefs Web Analytics.
This website uses no other analytics (no PostHog), sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
Prices are shown as written on the page: this version of the site sends no request to Paddle.
The early-access form is not open on this version of the site, so we collect no email addresses through it.
When you email us
If you write to support@upvoiced.com, we use your address and message to answer you.
Why (legal bases)
- Delivering the sites and keeping them secure: our legitimate interest in running a working, safe website.
- Answering your email: our legitimate interest in replying, or steps you ask us to take.
How long we keep it
- We keep no request logs of our own; Cloudflare keeps its data as its policy describes.
- Emails: as long as we need them to deal with your message and any follow-up.
Where it is processed
Cloudflare (United States, with a global network)may process your data outside Brazil and outside your own country.
Your rights
Under Brazil’s LGPD and, where it applies, the EU GDPR, you can ask us to confirm whether we process your data, to access, correct or delete it, to object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and to tell you whom we share it with. Write tosupport@upvoiced.com. A website visit usually leaves us no data that identifies you; for data that Cloudflare holds, we will help as far as we can. You can also complain to the ANPD (Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados) in Brazil or to the data protection authority of your country.
Children
This website is for businesses and is not directed at children.

When this notice changes, we publish the new version here with its version number and effective date.
