Testimonial collection forms and a wall of love

UpVoiced is adding a way to collect testimonials from your customers and show them on your website. It is not available yet: this page describes what we are building.

In the meantime, the free testimonial examples, therequest email templates and theguide to writing a testimonial work with any tool you already use.

The wall-of-love planning guide helps you prepare customer-approved words and attribution. It is a guide, not a live wall builder.

What is planned

A collection form you share by link

Customers write a few sentences or record a short video in the browser, add their name, role and company, and tick a consent box with your own wording.

Nothing is shown until you approve it

Every testimonial lands in an inbox where you approve, reject or feature it. You can adjust display fields, and an edited quote is marked as edited.

A wall of love for your website

Approved testimonials go on a wall you embed in your site or share as a page, with a layout and colours that match your brand.

Requests at the right moment

Because UpVoiced also plans NPS surveys, a customer who answers 9 or 10 can be invited to leave a testimonial, with one reminder at most.

Plans may change before launch.

What you can use today

UpVoiced’s feedback board, roadmap and changelog are in development, and you can try them on a fictional demo. Testimonials will sit next to them, so the customers whose requests you ship can tell others about it.

Frequently asked questions

Is UpVoiced’s testimonial collection available?

Not yet. It is coming soon and this page describes what is planned, which may still change. The testimonial templates and examples on this site are free to use today with any tool.

Will customers have to agree before their testimonial is shown?

Yes. The planned form asks each customer for consent in your words, and nothing appears on a wall until you approve it.

Will it support video testimonials?

Video is planned alongside text: customers will be able to record in the browser or upload a short clip.
