Plan a wall of love around your customers’ own words

A wall of love brings customer testimonials together on one page. Start with what each customer actually experienced, who the story helps and what they agreed you could share. Choose the presentation after you have those details.

Hosted walls and collection forms are not available yet. UpVoiced’s wall hosting and interactive layout gallery are still in development. This guide and the linked fill-in templates are available to use with your existing tools.

Prepare the material before the page

  1. Ask about a specific experience. Invite the customer to describe their situation, what changed and a detail they would tell someone facing the same problem. Use the testimonial question templatesrather than asking them to write a sales pitch.
  2. Keep their voice. Start from the customer’s answer. If you draft a shorter version, send it back for review before publishing. Thetestimonial writing guide andfill-in formats help organise those words; they do not supply a customer’s opinion.
  3. Agree on the attribution and destination. Ask what name, role and company they want displayed and where the story may appear. A placeholder such as [Name] at [Company] marks information you still need; it is not a customer identity.
  4. Keep the approval easy to find. Store the wording the customer approved together with the intended destination and their preferred contact for changes. Therequest email templates include a permission-check message you can adapt.

Help readers find a relevant experience

Pick an order that makes sense for your audience. A reader comparing software may need context about a team’s workflow; someone choosing a service may care about how a project was handled. Keep that context next to the customer’s words instead of turning every testimonial into the same generic statement.

The testimonial examples by industry show structures for those different situations. They are labelled templates with placeholders, not a wall of real customer testimonials. Do not publish the sample structures as if someone had already said them.

Before sharing a finished wall, read it on a small screen, follow every link with a keyboard and make sure the words remain available without animation. Keep the way to request a correction or removal close to the content so the customer can find it later.

What UpVoiced is planning

The planned workflow connects a collection form, a review step and a hosted or embedded wall. It is not available yet, and the plans may change. Read thetestimonial forms feature guide for that planned scope. The fictional feedback demo shows a different part of UpVoiced; it does not demonstrate live testimonial collection or wall hosting.

Frequently asked questions

Can I create or host a wall of love with UpVoiced today?

No. Hosted walls and collection forms are not available yet. This is a planning guide, not a live wall builder or an interactive layout gallery. You can use the writing and request templates with your existing tools.

Are the testimonial examples quotes from UpVoiced customers?

No. The linked examples are fill-in structures with placeholders, not quotes from real or invented people. Replace a placeholder only with words and attribution that the customer has approved.

What should I prepare before putting a testimonial on a wall?

Keep the approved wording, the display name and company the customer chose, and a record of where they agreed it could appear. Give them a way to request a correction or removal, and check the finished page on a small screen and with a keyboard.
